Casa Mia Catarratto-Terre Siciliane IGT 2018 White Wine

In a Nutshell Lovely ripe fruit in this Catarratto with a crisp and dry finish. Tasting Notes Intense straw yellow in the glass, this Catarratto displays beautiful notes of pineapple, banana, candied citrus fruits on the nose. On the palate, it is warm, with delicate acidity, persistent fruit and a good finish. Production Notes On arriving at the winery, the grapes were crushed, destemmed and pressed using a soft press. After this, the must was cooled to 5°C and kept at this temperature for 36 hours. Fermentation took place in stainless-steel tanks at 16-18°C and lasted 12-15 days. Ageing took place in stainless-steel tanks for about three months.
